Your Craft Cottage Builders home is constructed to the same strict building codes as site-built homes. Unlike mobile or manufactured homes that are required to meet a much less stringent set of quality standards, once our homes are set, they are utterly indistinguishable from a site-built home.

Move In Quickly
When you order a Craft Cottage Builders home, work will start in two different locations:
- Our site preparation partners will begin clearing and grading your property and building the foundation your new home will sit on.
- Our factory team will begin building your new home.
Typically, the site preparation work will take longer than building the home itself. By the time your home site, utilities, and foundation are ready, your home will likely be ready to be permanently situated.
From there, it will only take a few weeks to deliver and assemble the home. Typically, the time between placing your order and moving into your new Craft Cottage is only a few months – less than a half of the time required for a site-built home.
