After serving in the U.S. Army, Tim McKinley began his career in construction, gaining hands-on experience in framing, windows, siding, interior trim, and landscaping. He later combined that experience with the leadership and management skills he developed at FedEx to become a successful builder.
With more than 25 years of experience, Tim has built single-family homes, multi-family developments, and small commercial projects. He is passionate about turning clients’ visions into quality-built homes and takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail. Tim is a proud veteran, devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
